I AM AN OFFICE MANAGER FOR A SMALL COMPANY, MAYBE 30 EMPLOYEES. WE HAVE 5 PHONE LINES THAT OUR EMPLOYEES USE TO REPORT THEIR TIME, SUPPLY NEEDS, ETC...

OVER THE LAST 2 WEEKS, AT LEAST 14 OF OUR EMPLOYEES HAVE RECEIVED CALLS ON THEIR ASSIGNED WORK NUMBERS FROM THIS PHONE NUMBER. SOME FROM THE SAME MAN, SOME FROM A WOMAN. THEY THREATEN LEGAL ACTION, LAW SUITS, AND IMPENDING JAIL IF YOU DO NOT RESPOND TO THEM WITHIN 24 HOURS. I ATTEMPTED TO CALL THE NUMBER BACK ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND IT SAYS "THIS SUBSCRIBER'S MAILBOX IS FULL." SO, I RAN A CALL TRACE ON THE NUMBER AND IT GOES BACK TO A PREPAID / DISPOSABLE CELL PHONE COMPANY CALLED 'XO' OUT OF NEW YORK STATE. HOWEVER, THE CALLERS SPEAK VERY POOR ENGLISH, OR HAVE A THICK MIDDLE EASTERN ACCENT THAT IS BARELY INTELLIGIBLE, TO THE POINT THAT I AM SURE THESE CALLS ARE BEING RE-ROUTED FROM OUTSIDE THE U.S.A.

THEY ARE ATTEMPTING TO FRIGHTEN PEOPLE INTO PROVIDING BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO SETTLE A DEBT THAT DOESN'T EXIST. THEY USE THE SAME EXACT WORDS, PHRASES, AND THREATS WHEN THEY CALL EACH PERSON.

I CAN ONLY SPECULATE THAT THIS COMPANY OBTAINS INFORMATION FROM SEARCHES ON THE INTERNET WHERE CONTACT INFORMATION IS PROVIDED TO OTHER COMPANIES FOR DAILY BUSINESS OR LEISURE ACTIVITIES ONLINE. I WILL FILE A REPORT ON ripoffreport.com TODAY AND HAVE THE ISSUE MORE THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATED BY THE FCC AND BBB.

I am sooooooooooo sick and tired of these fools calling me. About a law suit against me. Stop it they gave me a fax number. LOL and guess what not a working number hmmmmmmmmm???? Also when i called back they pick up by saying may i help you? What civil company would say that. Dude really i just wanna go threw the phone and choke him WTF. Wish they would leave me alone now

This time the caller claimed to be an officer and also called my sister in law and threaten to take her to jail. These people are nothing but scammers and when you ask them for the name of their company they came to be from United Financial but if you ask them for their address they will hang up and the person that claims to be an officer will not give you a badge number

Contacted by someone purporting to be "Officer Kevin Drusen (?) stating that my address was under Federal investigation and this was a time-sensitive matter and if I called him back he would help me out of trouble. Callback number he left was 718-766-5676. Same one several other callers have left. Not going to call him back.
