On 04/24/2015 at 5:17PM, or voice mail indicated that we had received a call from 723-590-6584. Caller was a female "Robo-Voice" which said that many tries had been made to contact us; “This is your Final Call.” Then said, “IRS in process of officially filing charges against” you/us (did not use our name). “You must call 281-694-4099 immediately”. We did not respond as we checked a number of other sites that indicated calls from these numbers were scams. In addition, the IRS site states that one will never be contacted by phone or e-mail by the IRS, without having sent one a letter clearly stating such may occur. We have filed an "IRS Impersonation Scam Report" at http://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml and we'd urge anyone receiving a similar call to do the same!
