I picked up the call and an automated recording said that I qualified for a 6% interest rate on my credit card. Curious to find out the offer I pressed 1 and connected to a live person. My first question was what credit card company do they represent. I quickly got hung up on...Block this number. It is clearly a scam to get you to provide personal information.

Received call from 728-517-4713. Didn't answer. Looked up area code and apparently the 728 & 729 area codes are not even officially in use. Only a scammer would spoof that.
