Called my cell, did not leave a voice mail after I didn't answer.

Automated call saying they were from my credit card company and could offer me a limited time 6% interest rate. Did not clarify which credit card company. I stayed on hold for 5 minutes then I was hung up on. I tried calling the number back and a verizon automated message said the number had been disconnected.
