They are rude, and operate under the name of Data Investigation Department. The guy called me had a foreign accent and when i questioned who he was, he clammedup. i called back, they would not answer the phone. very suspecious.

Someone claiming to be Officer Sam Brown of New Jersey State Investigation Department called and stated I had not paid my state income tax for 2010-2011 [untrue; I have complete documentation]. Said IRS filing case against me. Really?? IRS filing case for STATE income tax ?? Passed me on to litigator Eric Matthews who said state tax not withheld from paycheck. Really?? I am resident of a state in Western USA but New Jersey is filing case against me for state income taxes?? Just a scam, hang up if they call. If you keep hanging up on them then eventually they will stop calling
