The caller asked for Michigan Motors Association or some business like that at 3151 Broadway Ave. SW Grandville, MI. I said it is our address but it is not the business. He then asked if I am the owner and I said no I am not. He then asked if the owner was here and I said he is in his office on the other line. He asked me if he can hold and I said is there anything I can do as he is busy at the moment. He sounded intimidating at this point saying no because this is is a "CIVIC MATTER". I said I understand but this civic matter is for another business and you are calling the wrong business that happens to be located at the same address. He hung up on me when I told him to just call back another time.
