I saw that I missed a call from this number. Since we have family and friends in the 740 area code, I called it back. I got a recording that stated this was an invalid phone number. Online searches show it's a mobile phone from Jackson, Ohio. No message was left, but many other people state that it's about a credit card thing or lowering rates. I'm on the DO NOT CALL list, and this is telemarketing.
