749 226-3973 is a harassment call. He is trying to get you do things to your software which actually gives him access. He claims to be from IT Dept. Tech Support America and said we had a problem with our computer. He insisted my computer had a virus and wanted me to log on while he was on the phone. Of course, he was going to hook up to my computer and take it over.
