Not sure who or what they want. They keep insisting I am "Josh,Joshua or J Goodwin" or "E, Eva or Evette Santana". I have tried to be nice and inform them that they have the wrong number, I have even told them that I was recording our conversation (which believe me, they do not like to hear) still did not work. So what I've done is placed "call interception" on my phone line (find details on Verisons website) which a service through Verizon. It's worked thus far. These types of mean spirited phone calls from evil agencies must stop. I have a credit score over 800, I do not deserve this type of treatment nor does anyone going through difficult times during our national crisis. Let's stick together, help each other and stop them. Thank you susie! I called at 7:22 pm from the east coast and got a live answer at that number. I told her "I want to be removed from your calling list." and she said "Yes, we will remove you, what is you're number?" I told her and said "I need this to happen immediately." She said it was being sent right down. So, it sounds like they have a mechaism in place for immediate removal on request. Let's hope so. Thanks again for the information.

Yay is correct, but the corporate number I called was different. Not sure what's up with that. At any rate, here is the information I have, which was verified when I called their offices and asked the girl who answered if they were connected to 757-990-8981, a number which has REPEATEDLY called our house. I get calls from these scam artist all the time too. I was told to call the FTC (877-382-4357)to make a complaint. I did and they are WELL aware of this company. I would advise everyone to call the FTC and make your complaints to them.

At least 15 calls in the last 2 weeks. Press 2 all you want - it keeps on coming. Dialed 954-423-3700 & asked to be removed. That is just one of the callers in the group. Speak to a live person - get even more frustrated. Take names & forward info to AG office- eventually they will get shut down; or shot?

First of all, we live in OR. These people are RUDE and call constantly! My mom got a call from them yesterday, SHE PRESSED #1 to talk to someone, she talked to "Whitney", when she asked to be removed little miss whitney told her "WE CANT ALLGET WHAT WE WANT NOW CAN WE!?" Needless to say my mom was LIVID, and still is.
SO they called again today, I talked to "Tiffany" led her on a little bit then kindly asked to be removed....she scoffed and slammed the phone down.
Upon calling the phone company we found THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! TRYING TO GET YOUR VALUABLE INFO! if you get these calls call the attourney general ASAP! 1877-877-9392 SO WE CAN BUST ON THESE JERKS!

The automated voice gives you a choice of either pressing 1 to speak with a rep or two to have your phone number removed from the call list. I've pressed two for the last 3 days and I am still getting calls twice a day. I got fed up and pressed one to talk to a person. I told her I wanted to file a complaint and she hung up on me.

Once was told that if one would put the error message tone (the one you hear when a number has been changed or no longer working) on their message that these phishbots would confused.
A real person would understand the rest of the message but the phishbots would hang up.

One thing for certain, when you get calls that don't leave a message PLEASE DON'T DIAL THE NUMBER BACK ... it just gives them another working number to play with and sale to another phisher.

I answered the phone, and this girl asks for "Richard" or "Robert." I'm Rob, so I told her who I was. She told me that she hadn't spoken to me in years and that I sounded different, acting surprised that it was me.
She told me her name was Chrissy and I knew a Chrissy back in college who I'd recently got back in contact with but hadn't given her my phone number. I kept her on the line trying to figure out who she was until she asked me how Melissa was. I came clean and asked her which Melissa she was referring to, and I told her she had the wrong Rob.
She acted all embarassed and aplogized and I hung up.
She was obviously some sort of scammmer because she asked for Richard or Robert - if she knew she was looking for a Rob she would have come right out and asked for me by name.

I have been receiving calls from this "unknown caller for the past few weeks - sometimes 3 and 4 times a day. Every time I answer I get a pre-recorded message stating to some effect that this is my final chance to extend my warrantee. I have been hanging up, but tonight stayed on the line for a few moments and got the automated, "Press one to...." When I did not press any number a person answered, put me on hold then terminated the call after a very short time. If you have been getting calls from this number, please report it to the FCC (www.fcc.gov). Maybe if enough of us complain they'll take some action. They'll want to know any specifics you have about the call, i.e. date, time, caller id references, etc. when you report.

It was a recorded message about starting a business. Since I get two to three similiar calls from various numbers per week, I just hung up. When I tried to call the number back, I was told that it is not a working number just like all the other numbers used for this type scam. I am very curious about the fact that whenever I do online reverse searches, I am quite often told that the owner info for the telephone number is available from Intelius if I want to pay their fee which varies with each reverse search from 99 cents to several dollars. I wonder if maybe Intelius is making the scam calls just to get you to use reverse search and then pay their fee when they tell you the callers name, address, ect. is available. Could this be possible? I do believe it could be.

When you answer, recording says "emergency, last notice regarding your credit card", if you stay on the line, someone comes on to reduce your rate...they WILL NOT remove your name or number from their list...when you request this...they hang up and call again in a day or two.

They phone to lower your credit card interest rate and when you push the number to speak to someone they hang up on you when you ask to take your name off the list. I'm constantly being phoned by them. When I call them back you can't get through on that number.

I made the call to remove my name form their list 954-423-3700. I asked the lady if this number is associated with 757-990-0891 and she said no. We'll see if it works!
