Scams elderly - sends random addressed mail claiming that lottery, inheritance, gifts are waiting - just need to Western Union money to "release" cash.
Uses names James Walker, Mr. Lion Pride, Lomar Gayle. Wants money western union to Milwaukee Wi to Lomar Gayle and asks for MCMS 10 digit number to steal.
