Caller originally called from 845-897-2412 at 11:46am. Was told not to call back.
2 minutes later he called from 760-827-6600 at 11:48am and left a nasty message in my voicemail.
1 minute later he called from 760-827-6600 at 11:49am and I told him not to call again and I hung up.
760 is in California. California laws make it a FELONY to harass by phone. He harassed me and used up several minutes of my phone time which I must pay for. HE IS A THIEF.
