762-204-1676 = caller id = BCOF = research shows this as Breast Cancer Outreach Foundation, maybe based in Utah, so why are they calling from a North Georgia phone number? Because they can. Research also shows that as much as 96 cents out of every dollar goes for 'collection fees'; WHOA! Now that's a very nice paycheck for a computer calling....me? I am blocking and so should you!
