These people are frauds. They are in India and they pretend to be IRS and they threaten you to get arrested if you do not pay them money for back taxes.

Do not get into this game. They are frauds and if you speak to them and cross question them, they will hesitate and will not have an answer. Plus they have a heavy accent. So dont fall into their trap.
