Says he's part of a legal proceeding for a relative with my last name. Says I need to call asap. Problem is, I have no extended family in the USA with my last name, so I know it's a scam.

These people called my job, my sister, and my mom claiming i owed over 800.00 and they wanted me to pay it over the phone that day. Chris Johnson told me i could get a prepaid card and sent up a payment plan for 45 days to take momey out. I googled the phone number he gave me and it came up as a scam on three different websites. DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE any money
