Vincent Chabria. Claims to be an attorney representing an online payday loan company. He called me at work! He had my SS#, my email, (supposedly) my IP address on my computer (not sure how I find that and dont remember the number he gave me), and an old bank account number (I had closed that account almost a year ago). Indian accent. I am certian this is Caller ID spoof (Google it). Also told me I was being sued for cyberspace crime of financial fraud. Said I could incur legal fees/charges in excess of $7,500 and could spend up to 7 months in jail in my "local jail" (didnt even know the name of it in my city). Said he couldnt fax me paperwork and the company will send me a reciept for payment once the payments are made in full. I do have an online loan (dont ever do this btw!), but I am certain that this guy is NOT a valid lawyer, as I could not find any laywer named "Vincent Chabria" in the Reno, NV area. There is an attorney Vincent Chhabria in California, but I do NOT think this is the same person. Just do your research before you do anything!
