Chimney sweep solicitation at 8:45pm this evening. Have called many times before. Prior to tonight the last round of calls was in December. They stopped once I told them I wax on the DNC list. I mentioned the DNC tonight, and the guy on the other end of the line told me the DNC rules did not apply to them because he was just trying to make a living.
