i received a call from this number and did not answer. no message was left. the number is unknown and the area code (MA) is not familiar to me so i should not be receiving any calls from that number or area. how can this be reported and stopped. each phone call i receive costs me fees with my phone carrier and i am certain whoever is calling is not willing to reimburse those expenses.
