Called at TEN AT NIGHT: 10:03PM on Friday, Aug 1, 2014. Fortunately, I didn't hear it. No message left bc I don't have VM set up BUT others report a pre-recorded message in a foreign, spanish-sounding language and asking you to 'press 8 (ocho)'. PHISHING SCAM for valid phone numbers, at the very least.
