Called at ***5:29AM*** on SATURDAY, February 14, 2015. Awoke a sleeping household and scared us out of our wits. While fumbling for phone/Caller ID; it stopped ringing at 3.5 rings, just before ans. machine would pick up. Cannot find ANYTHING on this number or this strange ID and there are NO other comments out there. This is a PUERTO RICAN area code; don't know if this is a mobile cell that could be anywhere or landline in PR. Anyone know what this is all about?
