The phone number 800-266-2278 called my cell phone 3x today back to back at 4:00AM EST. It woke me out of a deep sleep. On the third call, I picked up thinking it was an emergency and was hung up on. The calls stopped after that, but I was wide awake at that point... And furious! I haven't had Comcast service in 3 years, and probably won't ever again. They probably have the worst customer service ever. I don't have a bill that's in collections. I always paid on time. Comcast has no right to call me, especially at 4AM! Is this a scam or is the company still that awful?
