Updated info. OK. I am sick of these people calling me, so I have basically begun to harrass them back. I have called them about a million times/each time asking for their Bar #. I have been hung up on numerous times. Finally I was given #4928 and told that they are registered with the Bar Association out of FL. Soooo, I went to Florida's Bar Association website and put in that number. That Bar # belongs to an attorney out of Utah and stated 'not licensed to practice law in Florida'. So I called back and was given #27591 again out of FL. Sooooo back to the website I go. This time to be told that is an invalid Bar #. Legally we have no recourse to stop these crooks from harrassing us as they are not even within our boarders. But it sure doesn't stop us from harrassing back. I suggest we mount a campaigne to call the crap out of them and tie up their phone lines...They can't make any money off poor, ignorant suckers if they are busy dealing with us pissed off people. Just a thought!!!

This is a scam. The guy called, very think Indian accent saying his name was Davey Jones...right! His mother did not name him Davey Jones. (first clue). Left a message that if I didn't call back and resolve this issue they would come to my home or work and they would not be sorry for anything that happened. blah blah blah. Honestly I couldn't really understand too much as his English really sucked. Kind of hard to harrass and scare me if I can't understand your threat. I called back and asked for a bar # (if this is a real legal firm, they will give you thier bar # so you can call the bar association to verify they are legit) and he refused. (2nd clue this is a scam). Then he threatened to have me jailed for this money that I supposedly owe (third clue) you can't be put in jail in this country for owing someone money...becuase of the debtor prison's of Jolly Ol England, our forefathers wrote that into our Constitution...well he didn't like the fact that I was knowledgable of the contitution and he hung up on me. But they called my son (20 year old) and left a threatening message that he needed to call back and give them info on me or he would be put in jail (fourth clue, your friends and family can not be jailed because of money you owe). So my son called back and they procceeded to ask him for his SSN. He laughed and said I'm not stupid and hung up. My point is....THIS IS A SCAM...DON'T GIVE THEM MONEY....IF YOU FEED THEM THEY WILL CONTINUE TO HARRASS US!!!
