I decided to call to see what it was because after researching the #, no one had an answer. When I called back and entered my access code, the message said, recall test, control officer test. Years ago, I worked at the federal prison. They say the message is from BOP. I was a nurse, not an officer. So I have NO idea what it means...

Yes they called me by name. I received a call from this # 202-307-1261 with an automated voice message telling me to call them back at 800-906-4002 and told me to enter an access code to receive my message
