Hey Nate? I got the same call today, details are about just the same as u did.

Could someone please tell me if this could be a scam? Because when i phone back, they ask for my file number, and they also ask for me to verify my last 4 digit of ss and bday

I asked them for an online website, but they gave me something such as "assisting patient.com" When I tried googling it, IE says there is some security issues.

I received several calls from this number. I ignored the calls because there were no messages left. When I notice that the calls became more frequent, I called the number back. Turned out to be Patient Financial Services collecting some medical bill. I told them it would have been much better if they just send me a paper statement so that it could've been taken cared of right away.
