This is a scam that targets Spanish speaking people. They told my friend that she had won something and then tried to collect $149 for shipping. When she returned it they said she now owed them $300 for shipping both ways. They call her at least 20 times per day. They have been threatening, saying they will put my her in jail, will send someone to her house etc. They do not seem to understand English at all.
