Same thing - random calls day/night. Usually I let it go to voice mail, and never leaves a message. Answered today, after 10 seconds hangs up. Called number back and female voice greeting saying office is closed.

I keep getting calls from this number all sorts of days and then when I answer, they hang up. Returning calls only gets you a female voice saying the office is closed and to call back during their business hours of 7am to 4 pm Pacific time. My call was during those hours.
