I had been receiving multiple calls from someone who fails to identify himself, and wants me to give him my name, and I suspect personal information. The number that is displayed on my cell phone is: 8035899128. I don't know anyone residing in that area code, so I believe the call to be a scam. When I asked him who he was attempting to reach, he asked for my name, and said he got my phone number from some insurance company. I refused to give him any information and after his repeated attempts to give him my name I hung up on him. He called me back, with a angry voice and began to threaten to sue me. I immediately hung up on him again. He continued to call my cell phone. I refused to pick up. I refused accepting 5 (five) more attempts to reach me. I then turned my cell phone off for a few minutes. After approximately three minutes I turned my cell phone back on, and there was a voice mail. I retrieved and listened to it. It was the same person (man) who called me a number of times earlier. This time he (with a non-civil tone) said I needed to call him because there was something he needed to discuss with me. I interpreted that to be a personal threat to my person and decided NOT to call him, and ignore further calls to my cell phone if I don't recognize who is calling.
The reason why I am forwarding this to you (your company) is because I feel personally threatened by this person. He continues to call, and issues me a threat to sue (or worse). I did not want to talk longer than necessary, so I didn't get any personal information from him.
