On May 8, 2009 a male called called my place of employment. He remained anonymous. He made a false accusation to my boss stating that I made passes and gestures to his wife at work. He also said I asked her out on several ocasions. He refused to give his wife's name or his name, so there is no way to confront this situation. It is absolutely false information. I have not in any way done anything I was accused of. I am not able to find the name associated with the number anywhere. I would like the called to be made aware that dafamation of character is serious. I am in the process of researching my rights and the process to subpoena the person calling based on the number that was displayed on our caller ID. If possible, please notify the caller of the seriousness of slander. Thank you.
