Phone recording says it's from Retail Services. This is a company I have had credit with and I do not believe it was their reps calling. It asks me to enter "1" if I'd like my rates lowered. I did that just to find out who was calling. I could not understand what company the rep said and asked her what company this was. She hung up on me. When I dialed the phone number, I got an Asian sounding voice giving me my phone number and asking if this is the number I wanted deleted from their phone list and to enter "1" or enter "2". Just for kicks and entered "2" and the recording asked for the number I wanted deleted from the call list. I hung up. I felt this needed to be investigated by some body.
