I own a debt collection company and this guy had the nerve to call me. I am very well trained in the debt collection laws. This guy is in violation of the FDCPA. If he calls you, record the call and call an attorney! No officer from the IRS is going to call you and demand money without verifying your name, social security number, and address. No officer will call you about an IRS issue without already sending notices in the mail. This type of behavior is the reason good debt collection companies, like mine, have a bad name. This man goes by the name Officer Andrew Tally, and upon calling in to his office, he goes by the name Officer Ian Morgan. DO NOT PAY THIS MAN! RECORD THE CALL AND IMMEDIATELY CALL AN ATTORNEY THE ATTORNEY WILL GLADLY FILE CHARGES WITHOUT CHARGE THEY WILL CHARGE WHATEVER COMPANY THIS MAN WORKS FOR!!!!!! The calls are coming from a spoof card. This CAN BE TRACKED! Attorneys in the past, have been able to track these calls. They already proved they can in NY State against NCO Financial. It's proven. I just got a call also, from the same man Andrew. He hung up on me when I started calling out the problems with the voice Mail left for me and the phone call I returned!
