Danni, I just happen to do a search and I received the same message, it's on a old 7 digit voicemail line at work. I received the email. Same thing hard to understand and if I didn't call back they'd arrest me. hmm..name officer something. wish I could attach the msg. it is a scam. I do not owe IRS.

Received a call from this number stating that he was from IRS and that a legal petition was filed against us. That we would be arrested if we did not call back and make payment arrangements. The man had a very thick East Indian or Pakistanian accent he was very difficult to understand. In the background you could hear numerous other voices with the same accent. Does the IRS only hire individuals with such poor telephone skills? Believe that this is a scam. IRS gives the name of caller when asked.
