An unwanted call from this Moorpark "Neutral Tandem" VOIP number arrived today. When the answering machine picked up, a female recorded voice announced "This is Carly, your trip advisor" before disconnecting.
This rabid robocaller (unlawful telemarketer) continuously trolls the phone lines, desperately seeking gullible schmucks to victimize. Since October, the perpetrator has also phoned from (805) 209-1495, (805) 209-1497, (805) 209-1498, (805) 209-1502, (805) 209-1512, (805) 209-1514, (805) 209-1516, (805) 209-1517 and likely other spoofed numbers. This is a SERIAL SCAMMER, plain and simple!
