This caller is using a spoofed number. Not sure
if it is telemarketing or scam. From what many
other posters have written, this is very suspicious. Caller wants to know about your
energy bill and to make an appointment to come
inside your home to make energy analysis. People who have scheduled the appointment and
then tried to cancel......have reached a phone
number that is no longer in service. Not good.

Yes, these are SCAMMERS. Only SCAMMERS need to use SPOOFED NUMBERS. This particular SCAM is the "energy usage/savings/help with your energy bill/pay your energy bill now/solar panel SCAM. We got the same calls from the same phone number
about this time last year.
