Multiple calls a day for the last week at least. Found out that it is the Presidential Coalition. Fund raising group in Washington, DC. I think these groups raise funds so they can raise fun in their lives. Purely for self profit, I think. I wouldn't give them a dime.
It's my opinion these people are up to no good. Why should they hide behind a caller ID like IMPORTANT if they were straight up organization.

Slimy politicians trying to get more of our money. To the Presidential Coalition: I hope this backfires on you and people turn away from the sleezy "fund raising" operations.
