I recieved the same message. I called back from my voicemail account and a man answered and said he was from an attorney's office in California and I had commited 3 major crimes in Missouri and was going to be arrested at my home. When I asked what I did he told me that the officer would tell me when they got there. Then my phone messed up and I lost the call. But yes both they lady on the voicemail and the man that answered the phone both had a Hispanic sounding acsent. Total scam.

I recv'd a phone call stating that I was going to be arrested from home or work and that I would go to jail for one day, this lady had a foreign accent. This information was on my voice mail, when I called back to find out more about this matter she hung up, I called back several times, I then called back from another number and she then answered and wanted to know what number I was calling from, she said I was a suspect and I was going to jail one day on a number of charges against me, and that I owed 5,484 in fees from different companies. That a federal charge was against me and that I will be picked up in one hour! What is going on!!!

I as well got the same call as the person above. Received a message saying that there is a legal case against me and can be arrested at home or work. When I called back there was no answer. I kept calling and a woman picked up saying that I was being sued and I was going to be arrested. When I asked her why Im being sued and by whom she hung up the phone. Called again with no answer. This is a scam.

Got a voicemail message today saying "We have received a legal case against you and for that reason you will be getting arrested from your physical address or work place. If you need any further information you can reach me at 8169120211. When I call back someone calling himself "Attorney Allen Brown answered" (Foreign accent) When I asked him what kind of case he had against me he says it is cyber crime which is a federal crime and that I would be arrest and held for 1 day for interrogation and would be taken before a judge. He started to read the "case" against me mentioning a figure of $10,500.00 in cyber banking fraud and said it would go against my social security number...when I asked him for the last 4 of my SSN he repeated my question back to me and then said that number would be in the paperwork that he would send me in 1 hour and hung up. I called back and again asked him for the last 4 of my SSN. He again said it would be in the paperwork and hung up. I called back and told him I would be reporting this as a scam with my local police fraud unit. He said to have them call him and we would see who is the scammer. I said this is a BS scam and he hung up. I'm still waiting for them to come get me...........
