They keep trying to offer me a discount on magazines I'm in "good credit standing" with when I've never paid for magazines. They "verify" your card number (which they can't possibly verify mine because I've changed it several times because of this), then they transfer you to a "supervisor" who can't give your any more information than the first person. The first person introduces herself as Karen, then second is Shelly.
