Number calls a lot along with 8432024973. With the delay in the voice you can tell it's a simulator. Voice says they are from substance abuse facility asking if I want help. I m not sure what their motive is or what the scam is. My phone bill shows I was not charged for any calls I answered so why do they keep calling..???For poops & giggles?? Makes no sense.. unless they're trying to get access into your phone somehow to retrieve personal info not sure if it's possible but why would anyone doing it.

Cold calls offering services for people and families with addiction issues. Woman would not respond to repeated inquiries as to how the referral was made. She assumes you're an addict.
