Female caller. I receive 6 to 9 calls per day. Does not identify herself/himself. Perhaps the twisted mind set of this person is...A male thrill seeker with an electronic hook up enabling repetitive calls to multi victims.I was able to however, to entice a response by not speaking in to the phone, This elicited a female spontaneous response of " Hello, are you there?.Are you there? Obviously, this person is treading a dangerous path. When She or He gets tired of this scam, Something else will trigger a more exciting scam for enjoyment. In the meantime, I am confident that experts are tracking this person as we speak and may end it all.
