Received call on a registered no-call cell phone. Told the guy I don't know the person he was asking for, and he kept repeating, "But what is YOUR name, ma'am?" I asked to speak with his manager. He replied that he was the manager. He then said the manager was out. H then started calling out, "Manager! Manager!" and pretending to hand me over to a manager--although it was clearly still him. I told him not to call back, or I'd report him to the FCC. He shouted, "F*** the cops and the FBI!" and hung up.
