He asked to speak with the doctor stating it was about a referral. When prompted for more information, he was unable to say what he wanted or why he was calling and only wanted to speak to the MD. Upon explaining office protocol for referrals, he became frustrated, said he couldnt "explain" what he wanted and when I said I would not put the call through he said "you just cant help me" and hung up.
