This number keeps calling me. When I answer its dead than it hangs up on me. When I call this # (831-776-9588) back a recording "This # is no longer in service". If it's no longer in service than who the heck is calling me?

Scam trying to get people to do low interest credit card. Said to dial 9 to connect. When connected, they asked if I was calling about the low interest rate offer and I said yes and asked which card this was in reference to. They immediately hung up.
