First I got a call on my cell phone..unknown...number and she said she was from bexar county thats the county I live in...she also said I was going to miss my court date...but I couldn't understand the rest..it seems she was reading from a book or paper. ...lol

This women has called me 3 times saying she is an independent processor from a county in TN. First of all she pronounces the county name incorrectly. Secondly she says that she is going to serve me papers at my home, and if she can not get my signature will serve them to me at work. It shows up as an "unknown" number on my caller ID, but she tells me to call this number 832-342-9218 who is the filing party and gives me a court docket number to reference. I get scam calls frequently and feel like this is one too.
