This number called me stating she was attempting to serve me court papers and needed my work address. I asked what it was concerning and she gave me an 855 number to call and a "case number". After calling the number realized its a scammer threatening court action on ancient debt, including wage garnishments and license suspension. Called this local number back, (not even 10 minutes after she called me) answered with "Law firm, this is a recorded line, state your full name and case number" I gave her my name and she just spoke with me and that I know this is a scam and will be reported. Also told her to take my number out of her data base. "QUIT BLABBERING ON I DONT KNOW WHO YOU ARE!" ok Ms. Law Firm, I don't believe you are allowed to tell me to quit babbering on a recorded line. She promptly hung up.
