Threatening VM. Very difficult to understand... heavy foreign accent. I called back the next morning to check who it was and it rolled into a none business voicemail system. I am assuming it is a scam. I called back later in day and subject person gave me his name. A lot of background noice on the call from call center. He asked me a bunch of info (phone number and 1st name). He didn't find my info and then he hung me up. US Treasuy Dept would not call but would send any matter via US-Mail. I confirmed this with the DTD.
