just got a voice mail saying that we must call back to avoid having to appear before some magistrate on criminal charges! I called the idiot back and he just talks over you when you say you want to be put on a DNC list, then he hangs up,,,call back and its busy...

Male with heavy accent phoned and indicated that I owed taxes from 2011 and that there was a warrant out for my arrest. If not paid I would be arrested at the door of my residence within the next 45 minutes.
This person is totally scamming people and it is unbelievable that this is even allowed!

Received three calls from this number today. Each time call picked up, no one says anything. We have received previous calls to our answering machine from a heavily accented male voice telling us we are in default and must appear before a magistrate. Does this person know how ridiculous he sounds?
