It chiefly buys debt from doctors, hospitals and clinics--which is often debts that have already been paid, but get sold to this collection agency because the medical account bookkeepers are too busy filing their nails or chewing gum to properly credit your account. This company does not care if your debt was paid--it will keep hounding you to pay. You have three choices: (1) do not answer the phone (you should also block every 800 or 844 number calling you), (2) get their address and send them a registered letter demanding that they cease attempts to contact you, or (3) get the medical provider who sold them the debt and threaten legal action and getting the media involved. This company also spoofs its phone numbers so the number you think that was calling you often isn't the one calling. It needs to be put out of business!
