These people called me at 3pm saying they had a claim against me. They knew my SS#, Bank account information and address. They said it was for a pay day loan for $300 that someone took out and said that I would repay. When I asked who took out the loan, from what company, etc, they said they did not know that information. However, if I did not pay them $700 by 5pm they would begin litigation against me and that would end up costing me $2700. Unbelievable. Called Detective Bureau and informed them. Closed bank account.
