on 2172015 I received a call for my wife. Caller advised they were a collection agency and they were looking for numbers to call my wife's sister. I informed the caller and the agency this was against the law and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The caller advised it was not against the law, upon I advised the caller I was an attorney and his call was being recorded, he then advised he had nothing further to say. This group knows the law as I do and for this organization to break the statue is ill advised. I have called my wife's sister and advised her, she has instructed me to now file a lawsuit against this group as she does not have any debts with this organization.
