Called to tell me I can go to Walgreens for a free health assessment. She has my birthday and address, but asked me to verify year of birth for verification. I told her I got the email about the free assessment, and can make an appointment myself. She said only she can make the appointment. I declined. I go to my PCP, and that is all I need.
