Same phone number, different company stated.
Had been calling my cell phone the last 3 weeks leaving messages for multiple latino/latina names saying they were being served. Then called my father and told him I (used very old ex married name) was being summoned for court for owing money ( a real collector would never tell a third party anything, privacy laws and all) I advised my father to tell them if they called again to shove it. If I google my name, my entire family and some of their phone numbers come up... gee, wonder where they got their information from? TOTAL SCAM

Is this a scam? They said I was being served on Tuesday and told me to call 844-533-0233. I The person who called me prior to this said someone was going to serve me with a summons and would. I be home?
When I called, I spoke with a Roy Banks who said I could avoid avoid going to court by making payment arrangements.
Some of those scammers are so good. It makes it hard to tell who is legit and who isn't.
