Person stated I was i was involved with criminal activity in 2012 -2013. StatedI took out a internet payday loan over the internet and after three deposits into my bank at first federal I closed my account and didnt pay back the loan. I stated I have never had a payday loan. I closed my account because I moved. I m not a criminal and I am a police officer. I aked yhe name of the supposeable debtor they claim I owe and to identify who they really are and was working for and he said I could I either pay 300 now or he would get a default judgement fot 1,000 for me from the court. I said Im entitled to know who I owe in writing with this offer and not just give my.info over the phone and began getting rude saying he's trying to help me and je didnt have to help criminals and I said "see you in court" and hung up after telling him its illegal to threathen someone with criminal made up charges to.intimidate someone in paying a civil debt by lying. To call elderly parents and tell untruths to scare them and make them bellieve I done criminal activity when I have not is illegal.
